I used to have very flexible joints and I had no trouble at all with most yoga exercises. However the last time I tried some of the exercises on our game computer I had big troubles doing them and I felt immensely stiff. It's probably got to do with the fact that I never take the time top practise, but fact is that I should be able to do them better. So I promised myself to start exercising! That's not only good for flexibility, also my weight will benefit from this and I think I will feel better overall. The good thing is that we have a mini gym in our basement, composed by my husband, so I'll start with that.
